Prior to joining CAST, Monica served as the Senior Manager of Strategy &amp; Development at Skills for Rhode Island\u2019s Future, leading strategic and operational functions and raising funds to support the organization\u2019s programs serving Rhode Island job seekers and employers. Additionally, she worked at CVS Health as a member of the Safer Communities team, working to combat prescription drug addiction through various community programs.
